TO: Robert D. Davis and Terri K. Davis, husband and wife and the marital community comprised thereof A writ of execution has been issued in the above captioned case, directed to the sheriff of Clark County, commanding the sheriff as follows: YOU ARE COMMANDED to satisfy the judgment entered herein out of the nonexempt real property of the Defendant-Judgment Debtors Robert D. Davis and Terri K. Davis in the above-entitled action.

The judgment was entered in the Superior Court of the State of Washington in and for Clark County in favor of the Judgment Creditor Craft3, , a Washington nonprofit corporation, fka ShoreBank Enterprise Group, Pacific fdba Enterprise Cascadia, and against Judgment Debtors Robert D. Davis and Terri K. Davis, husband and wife and the marital community comprised thereof in the total amount of $1,080,923.60, plus interest until paid. The underlying Judgment for this Writ arose from a promissory note and deed of trust in which the below-described property was the real property purchased through the promissory note and deed of trust and therefore the Judgment Creditor need not show that personal property is insufficient to satisfy the judgment under RCW 61.12.060.

The Judgment has been recorded against the real property, of which the common address and the legal description are found below, under Clark County Auditor’s Recording Numbers4960238, 4960592 and 4960593.

The legal description for the real property of the Judgment Debtors, with the common address of 377 S. 56th Place, Ridgefield, WA 98642, is as follows: That portion of the West half of the Southeast quarter of Section 21, Township 4 North, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian in Clark County, Washington, described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of the West half of the Southeast quarter of Section 21, Township 4 North, Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian, Clark County, Washington; thence South 41°34’17” West 1507.65 feet to a point on the West line of NW 19th Avenue, said point being the Northeast corner of that tract of land shown in survey recorded in Book 27 of Surveys at page 129 and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 89°27’16” West along the North line of said tract 302.18 feet to the Northwest corner thereof; thence North 00°40’48” East 177.00 feet; thence South 89°27’16” East 331.14 feet to the West right of way line of NW 19th Avenue; thence South 19°12’42” West along said West right of way line 32.62 feet; thence South 13°43’28” West along said right of way line 28.13 feet to the arc of a 507.00 foot radius curve to the left; thence continuing along said West right of way line and the arc of said 507.00 foot radius curve to the left (the chord of which is 112.69 feet and bears South 06°55’34” West) through a central angle of 12°45’40”, an arc distance of 112.92 feet; thence South 00°32’44” West along said West right of way line 6.72 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying within the right-of-way of NW 19th Avenue, now known as South 56th Place.

Assessor’s Account Number 214059000. The sale date has been set for July 12, 2013. YOU MAY HAVE A RIGHT TO EXEMPT PROPERTY from the sale under statutes of this state, including sections 6.13.010, 6.13.030, 6.13.040, 6.15.010, and 6.15.060 of the Revised Code of Washington, in the manner described in those statutes.
