To the said Defendants: JUNGHEE NAM HAY, Personal Representative of the Estate of Charles William Hay, Deceased
You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after the 11th day of January, 2013 [the date of first publication], and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the plaintiff, Columbia Credit Union, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for plaintiff, David W. Christel, of Christel & Isely, LLP, Attorneys at Law at his office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. The purpose of the action is collect a deficiency balance due under a Retail Installment Contract and Loan Agreement for the purchase of a vehicle by Mr. Charles William Hay, deceased. The Vehicle that secured the obligations under the Retail Installment Contract and Loan Agreement has been sold and after application of the net proceeds, a balance remains due and owing, plus interest, attorney fees and costs.
