Isely, of Christel & Isely, LLP, Attorneys at Law at his office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. The purpose of this action is to pursue a claim for breach of contract for services. Defendants are obligated to pay to Day Bacon the amounts accrued, plus attorney fees and costs.
