To the said Defendant: MICHAEL G. CLOSE, a single individual,
You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after the 11th day of January, 2013 (the date of first publication), and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the plaintiff, Columbia Community Credit Union (“Columbia”), and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for plaintiff, David W. Christel, of Christel & Isely, LLP, Attorneys at Law at his office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court.
This action has two purposes. The first purpose is to collect a deficiency balance due under an Advance Voucher / Security Agreement Notice for the purchase of a vehicle by Mr. Michael G. Close (the “Loan Agreement”). Defendant is obligated to pay to Columbia the principal plus accrued interest and attorney fees and costs. The second purpose of this action is to collect an amount Defendant owes to Columbia as Subrogor for insurance provider Allied Solutions, plus interest and fees.
