Founded in 2004, Audigy Group is a hearing care management company that has brought 150 new jobs to Clark County over the last eight years. The company assists independent practice owners in preserving and growing their businesses in an increasingly competitive healthcare environment.
“Our clients’ practices see patients that they are passionate about, while we do the back-office administration,” said Audigy Group founder and CEO Brandon Dawson.
This is the second year Audigy Group has been on the Vancouver Business Journal’s BGA finalist list. The company has also made the INC 5000 list four years in a row, and this year received INC’s “Hire Power Award” for “hiring heroes and putting Americans to work.” The company also ranks 4th in overall job creation in Washington state, with 267 percent three-year growth, 105 jobs added in three years and a $16.5 million increase in revenue from 2008 to 2011.
Fueling this growth, said Dawson, is the desire to help member companies create value and growth in their businesses.
“As long as we can continue to create substantial value, we will continue to grow and to invest in our local economy,” said Dawson.
The company’s revenue grew from $22 million in 2011, to $26 million in 2012. Dawson said the company is on track to do $30 million in revenue in 2013, with plans to continue to grow 20 percent per year.
