Battle Ground Village
The Management Group Inc. broke ground Nov. 7 on Battle Ground Village, located at 199th and Commerce Avenues. The 21-acre, 205,000-square-foot retail center is a component of the planned 108-acre mixed use campus called Battle Ground Center, scheduled for completion in 2009, with an estimated completed value of $200 million. The village phase of the project is expected to be finished by the summer of next year. The general contractor is Gold Medal Group.
Gateway Community Church
RogenKamp Erickson & Associates PC broke ground in March on the 18,000 square foot Gateway Community Church at 1235 "E" St in Washougal. The $2 million project is expected to be completed in January.
