RSV Construction Services broke ground Nov. 5 on a single-story medical office condo at 101 N.W. 12th Ave. in Battle Ground.
The 13,280-square-foot facility, named Pacific Development, will house Watters Vision Care and Mountain View Medical Urgent Care Clinic, and there is space for other tenants as well.
The project executive is Ron Frederiksen of RSV in Vancouver, working with Architects Associative and Olson Engineering, both of Vancouver.
Unitus Community Credit Union
Unitus Community Credit Union held a groundbreaking ceremony Jan. 14 at the Mill Plain Crossing site that will be its first Clark County branch.
The 4,500-square-foot project is at the corner of 192nd and Mill Plain in Vancouver and is expected to open in July. The one-story facility will be a full-service Unitus branch with eight employees and no other tenants. It is the Portland-based credit union’s eighth branch.
The project executive is Bert Martinez of R&H Construction Co. of Portland, who is working with architects at Group Mackenzie of Portland.
