Consultant and design services company LD Jellison, Inc. relocated and expanded their leased space to 4,320 square feet at EastRidge Business Park on 11808 N.E. 99th St. in Vancouver. The site is managed by EastRidge Associates I, LLC. Adam Roselli and Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates, Inc. represented LD Jellison in the deal.

Waste management and recycling service company Waste Connections renewed its existing lease of 4, 741 square feet and expanded into 4,652 additional square feet for their administrative staff and regional office at the Columbia Shores Office Building in Vancouver.
