Realty Pro opens second office

James Kimball, owner of Realty Pro, has opened a second sales office in Hazel Dell at 10113 N.E. Highway 99.

The original office is located at 12000 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd. in Vancouver. The addition is an effort to be more proactive on the west side and north end of the county.

Additional sales agents are being recruited to staff the new office and grand opening events are in the works.

Orchards Market Center sells

Battle Ground real estate

investors Vandermast Centre LLC bought Orchards Market Center,

11505 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd. in Vancouver, from Lawrence and Barbara Murray for more than $8.9 million.

The center has 45,439-square-feet of improvements on about 4.7 acres, and is part of a larger shopping center that houses Sportsman’s Warehouse, Office Depot, Rite Aid and Jo-Ann Fabrics.

Deborah Ewing and Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Assoc. represented the sellers in the transaction.

Washougal could gain Best Western near waterfront

Tualatin-based EA White Construction Co. is proposing a four-story, 46,346-square-foot Best Western hotel just east of Parker’s Landing in Washougal.

If approved, the hotel would have 78 units.

The two-parcel site is located north of South “A” Street, south of Highway 14, east of First Street and west of South Second Street, about a block from the waterfront.

The property is owned by Portland-based Shree Bhagya Laxmi LLC.

A preapplication conference with the applicant is scheduled for 3 p.m. on Oct. 31 at Washougal City Hall, 1701 “C” St.

Brokerage firm relocates downtown

Real estate brokerage firm Equity Network Services has relocated from Woodland to the 10th floor of the Bank of America Financial Center, 805 Broadway St., in hopes to increase its share of the commercial real estate and property investment market.

The company has expanded with the move, allowing two real estate associates to join longtime brokers Bill Behrens and Rick Ely.

Ely has taken over the role of designated broker for the company, previously held by Behrens, who has been with ENS for 25 years.
