Spring auction includes Clark County properties
Realty Marketing/Northwest will offer 65 Washington and Oregon properties in its upcoming auction. Six sites are located in Clark County, including a 2.1-acre, general commercial-zoned property in Fisher’s Landing and a 10-acre, residential-zoned property in Felida.
The Fisher’s Landing lot is located on Southeast 165th Avenue and was identified by the city of Vancouver as one of the few opportunities to develop a mid-high rise residential tower not impacted by height limitations within the Portland International Airport flight path, according to RM/NW.
