Restaurant set to open at year's end

A Little Pine Tree, a restaurant serving Korean-American cuisine, last month leased 2,051 square feet of street retail space in Esther Short Commons at 585 W. Eighth St. in Vancouver from Esther Condo, LLC. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates, Inc. represented the tenant in the deal.

Vacant industrial land sold

HCT Properties, LLC last month purchased 2.5 acres of vacant industrial land from Redwood Plastics Corp., located at 1901 Schurman Way in Woodland. Jim West of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer and Bill Connelly of Eric Fuller & Associates, Inc. represented the seller.

Retail lot leased

Clint and Jana Greeley leased a .6-acre retail lot at 7608 N.E. 26th Ave. in Vancouver for $150,000 from George and Nancy Scranton. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt represented both parties.

Office space leased Mill Plain One

NLJ Advisors, Inc. leased 1,989 square feet of office space at Mill Plain One on N.E. Park Plaza Drive in Vancouver. Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates, Inc. represented the landlord Park Plaza, Inc. on the deal closed last week.

Office space leased at EastRidge Business Park

Addus Health Care, an in-home specialized health care provider, leased 1,536 square feet of office space at EastRidge Business Park on N.E. 99th Street in Vancouver. Adam Roselli and Byron Roselli, both of Eric Fuller & Associates, Inc. represented the landlord.

Industrial warehouse subleased

Keller Supply Company, a plumbing supply wholesaler, renewed a sublease from Panther Systems, Inc. for their 10,000 square-foot industrial warehouse at North Park Industrial Center at 5408 N.E. 88th St. in Vancouver. Bill Connelly of Eric Fuller & Associates, Inc. represented Keller.

Option to purchase executed

KMR Group, LLC, a food products manufacturer, executed an option to purchase for a 17,133 square-foot industrial warehouse on 2618 N.E. 65th Ave. in Vancouver from Christensen Group, Inc. Bill Connelly of Eric Fuller & Associates, Inc. closed the deal for the seller.
