Indoor horticulture wholesalers Sunlight Supply, Inc. leased a 24,466 square foot industrial warehouse space, including 800 square feet of office space, from WBC, LLC. Allstate set for Andresen Plaza location
Insurance-giant Allstate signed a lease for 800 square feet of retail space in Andresen Plaza from Markley Investment Group of Hillsboro, Ore. Gina Barendrick and Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the lessor.
EastRidge collection agency stays put
