Columbia Commercial Properties LLC (CCP) has negotiated a sale between Genteel Investments LLC and Clark County Food Bank for two lots totaling more than 90,000 square feet at Cold Creek Industrial Park Subdivision in Vancouver. The purchase price was $ $784,500. Roy Heikkala represented the lessor, Genteel Investments LLC. The lessee was represented by CCP’s Dave Brown.
