Brad Winn of Cresa Partners represented the coffee company and Adam Roselli and Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Assoc. represented the landlord in the transaction.
Liberty Tax has leased 1,440 square feet at Mill Plain Plaza, 221 N.E. 104th Ave in Vancouver, from Mill Plain Ventures LLC. Cap Berri of Elliott Assoc. represented both parties in the transaction.
