Columbia Credit Union Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer Bergen Peterson was selected and enrolled in the Tomorrow’s Leaders inaugural class of 30 professionals.
This program was designed to address and support succession planning from within the credit union system and for institutions in Washington State. It was created in response to a CUNA report that shows 20 percent of credit union CEOs will retire in the next five years and that most credit unions are ill prepared to deal with these departures.
