Steve McAllister has been named director of new business development at Columbia Ultimate. McAllister has been with Columbia Ultimate since 1988 and has served in a wide range of roles. McAllister will now be in charge of new business development opportunities and enhancing partner relationships. Prior to his work with Columbia Ultimate, McAllister was with ADP Dealer Services.
Susan Little has been named director of marketing. Little joined Columbia Ultimate in 2004 to spearhead marketing efforts. Little formerly served as the director of marketing at TransCore. Little has a Bachelor of Arts in business from the Monterey Institute of International Studies.
