Clark County has named Mark McCauley as the new director of its General Services Department, replacing Doug Johnston who is retiring. McCauley, currently administrative services manager in the Public Works Department, has been with Clark County since 2001. He served in the US Army for 20 years and has bachelor’s degrees in accounting and business from Washington State University and an MBA from Syracuse University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
