Long time Columbia River Economic Development Council staff member Pam Neal has accepted the position of senior project/program coordinator with the Portland Development Commission effective March 31. Pam currently serves as director of business recruitment and has been responsible for serving many successful business recruitment cases including the recent recruitment of Bilfinger Berger, Market Fibers and Concannon Paper. Neal started with the organization as a part time receptionist in 1993.
