Former Target leader joins health system board
Ronald A. Prill has joined the board of directors of Vancouver-based Southwest Washington Health System, the parent company of Southwest Washington Medical Center. The health system includes SWMC, health plans, physician practices and integrated services throughout Clark County.
Prill is the retired president of Minneapolis-based Target Financial Services. He had a 33-year career at Target Corp., and was chairman and chief executive officer of Sioux Falls, S.D.-based Target National Bank, the company’s credit card bank subsidiary. Prill served on the Federal Reserve Board of Governors Consumer Advisory Council in Washington, D.C., and chaired its consumer credit committee. Locally he is on the boards of Bank of Clark County and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington.

Riverview announces CFO
Vancouver-based Riverview Bancorp Inc., the parent company of Riverview Community Bank, has announced a promotion within its leadership.
Kevin Lycklama is now senior vice president and chief financial officer of Riverview Community Bank and Riverview Bancorp. He has worked for the company since 2006, most recently as vice president and controller.

CCU announces three senior VPs
Vancouver-based Columbia Credit Union has named three to its senior leadership.
Ron Dobyns is senior vice president and chief financial officer. He has worked in finance for more than 25 years and was CFO at a Vancouver-based community bank.
Jim Brekke is senior vice president and chief credit officer. He has worked in commercial banking for more than 34 years and was senior vice president and regional credit administrator for a national bank in Boise.
Terry Long is senior vice president and chief information officer. Long has worked in finance for 25 years, last as senior vice president of operations and technology at a Vancouver-based bank.
James Howsley, Dustin R. Klinger
Miller Nash names two partners
James Howsley and Dustin R. Klinger are new partners at Miller Nash’s Vancouver law firm.
Howsley has been with the firm since 2004 and was an associate with Seattle-based Lane Powell Spears Lubersky. He holds a law degree from Willamette University in Salem, Ore.
Klinger joined the firm in 1999. He was a law clerk for the Port of Seattle and a summer clerk for U.S. District Judge Thomas S. Zilly. Klinger holds law degrees in Asian and comparative law from the University of Washington School of Law.

Riverview promotes leaders
Riverview Community Bank has announced three new vice presidents.
Anthony Hays was promoted to vice president and operations support manager. He has been with the bank since 1994, most recently as operations assistant manager.
Andrew Whaley was promoted to vice president and information technology manager. He has been with the bank since 1998, most recently as information technology supervisor.
Jean Watson was promoted to assistant vice president and information technology supervisor. Watson has been with the bank since 2002, most recently as a network administrator.

Port of Vancouver hires engineering manager
Monty Edberg is the Port of Vancouver’s new engineering manager. He has been an engineering consultant for 15 years, and was focused on port projects for Berger/Abam Engineers Inc. in Portland. Edberg has a master’s degree in civil engineering from Portland State University and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Oregon State University in Corvallis.

RSV hires senior project manager
John Graves is the new senior project manager at Vancouver-based RSV Construction Services. He worked with Portland-based R&H Construction for more than 20 years and has been a construction superintendent, project manager and senior project manager. Graves’ work in Vancouver includes the former Electric Lightwave building, Vancouvercenter and Esther Short Commons.

Qualman takes top honor
H. Roger Qualman received the Chairman’s Award from Princeton, N.J.-based NAI Global, an international network of commercial real estate brokerage firms. Qualman manages the Vancouver office of NAI Norris Beggs and Simpson, where he is also an executive vice president and shareholder. The local company received the NAI Eagle Award, the organization’s top annual honor.

Multi Axis Games names Vancouver CEO
Tim Reddington of Vancouver has been named chief executive officer of Port Angeles-based Multi Axis Games Inc. (MxG), an online multiplayer video game development company.
Reddington is owner and president of Vancouver-based Quality Associations Inc., a business development consulting firm. He will split his time between Port Angeles and Vancouver.
Reddington also will serve on the council of a nonprofit organization connected to MxG that will dedicate half the company’s profits to charities.
