Tidewater names new VP of business development & terminals
Tidewater Holdings Inc., parent company of Tidewater Barge Lines, has named Andy Stephens as its new vice president of business development & terminals.
Stephens will be a member of Tidewater’s executive management team and be responsible for strategic planning and company-wide business development activities along with oversight of Tidewater’s terminal operations, the company said.
Stephens comes to Tidewater with 18 years of experience in the maritime industry. Most recently he was VP of planning & business development at Foss Maritime in Seattle, where his responsibilities included strategic & financial planning and business growth assessment.
“I am happy to welcome Andy to the Tidewater management team,” said Tidewater President & CEO Dennis McVicker. “Andy’s expertise and experience in strategic planning and business growth in the maritime industry will be a major asset to our company as we look to expand our business opportunities.”
Stephens has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Princeton University and an MBA in finance and management from the University of Pennsylvania.

iQ Credit Union recently added Ed Mosback to the credit union’s financial services team as lending compliance officer.
In his new position, Mosback will ensure that iQ adheres to all consumer compliance regulations, the credit union said.
Mosback has more than 40 years of experience in financial institutions, most recently having served in auditing and compliance positions with Lacamas Community Credit Union and First Independent Bank.
