Donna Rush has been promoted to regional manager for First Independent’s eastside team of offices. Rush has been at First Independent since 1975 serving as operations supervisor, loan officer and branch manager.
Stacey Graham has been named First Independent’s director of marketing. Graham is a former managing partner of Warren Clark & Graham advertising agency in Atlanta.
Bob Ledgewood has joined First Independent as director of participations in the commercial real estate department. Ledgewood has worked for a number of lending institutions, including Bank of America and Union Bank.
Diana Fitzpatrick has joined First Independent as the cash management officer at its downtown Vancouver office. Fitzpatrick has an extensive background in all aspects of branch operations and management, mostly with Sterling Savings Bank.
Katherine Larpenteur has been named trust officer in the private banking department. Larpenteur has worked in private client services for Wells Fargo.
Charmaine Harvey recently joined First Independent as manager of its Camas office. Prior to joining First Independent, Harvey served in a variety of management roles for Gap Inc.
Lee Hawkins has been named manager of the Brush Prairie office. Hawkins holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and organizational leadership from George Fox University.
Tracey Ruff has been named branch manager of the Ridgefield office. Ruff has been with First Independent for 16 years, most recently serving as branch manager for the Orchards office.
