Karen Laksamana has been promoted to managing partner of Formations Design Group. She has replaced Nancy Phillips who worked with the firm for five years. Laksamana began working with the firm in 1998 shortly before completing her Bachelor of Fine Arts at Portland State University. She specializes in graphic design, project management and production.
