Kelli Osler, a member of the Clark County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, has been selected as the new commissioner for Clark County District Court. Osler will fill the recent vacancy created when James Swanger was appointed District Court Judge.
Osler received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and her law degree from the University of Puget Sound. She served as a legal intern with the Washington State Attorney General’s Office. Osler has been with the Clark County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for more than 13 years and is currently assigned to the Major Crime Unit. She lives in the Salmon Creek area with her husband and two children.
