Kim Capeloto, EVP and chief operating officer of Bank of Clark County, has been elected to the board of directors for DCI, a full-service bank technology and solutions provider based in Hutchinson, Kan. As a customer of DCI, Capeloto and the other board members are able to bring more flexibility and innovation to the software. Capeloto also recently was named COO of the Year in 2005 by the Independent Community Bankers of America.
