Paul Weller has joined the corporate planning group at MacKay & Sposito Inc. Weller earned a dual master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning and Public Administration from Eastern Washington University. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University. Weller’s experience includes comprehensive planning, market research, demographic analysis, resort planning, historical research and GIS mapping. Weller is also a licensed engineer-in-training in the State of Washington.
