First Independent makes promotion

Jerry Boehm was promoted to senior vice president of Vancouver-based First Independent's commercial banking group, which provides financial services to medium and large businesses in the Vancouver-Portland metro area.

 

 

Boehm joined the bank in 2007 with 40 years of commercial banking and lending experience, and served as vice president and manager of community banking before joining the commercial banking group in 2008. He was promoted from his position of vice president in charge of the community banking group.

Transformations Spa adds nurses

Sandy Gruett and Susan Dietrich have joined Vancouver-based Transformations Spa. Both are certified for beauty services including Juvederm and Cutera skin rejuvenation treatments. Gruett has been a registered nurse for nearly 40 years. Dietrich has been an RN for more than 40 years and is the president of the Washington State Division of the American Trauma Society.

Bay Bank welcomes new senior trust officer

Longview-based Cowlitz Bancorp appointed Jennifer Gholston as a senior trust officer. She works out of the Vancouver office of Bay Bank and is responsible for administering trusts, estates and guardianships for Bay Bank and Cowlitz Bank. Gholston has experience as an attorney, licensed real estate broker and planned giving director for a nonprofit.

Acuity Group selects project development coordinator

Heather Pace has joined Vancouver-based Acuity Group as a project development coordinator. She is responsible for engagement administration and document management, technical writing. She holds a degree in psychology from Washington State University Vancouver and is working toward a certified fraud examiner credential.
