Columbia Credit Union promotes Dina Kroshkin to business loan officer

Alan Ludlow, vice president and manager of business lending at Columbia Credit Union, announced the promotion last week of Dina Kroshkin to business loan officer. In this position, Kroshkin will develop member business loan and deposit relationships, primarily focusing on requests up to $100,000 and SBA guaranteed loans.

"Dina's knowledge and experience make her a valuable asset to Columbia's business lending department," Ludlow said. "She'll work directly with members and increase our presence in the business community."

With nine years of industry experience, Kroshkin most recently served as a credit analyst in CCU's Business Lending department.

Kroshkin moved to Vancouver 11 years ago from Latvia and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Washington State University. Active in the community, she attends events with the Vancouver Chamber of Commerce as well as professional networking organizations.

"It's exciting to be part of a team that supports small business growth in Clark County," Kroshkin said. "I'm looking forward to helping small business owners achieve their goals and expand their opportunities."

MARK EAGLETON

Wells Fargo Private Bank this month hired Mark Eagleton of Portland as its private banking manager for Southwest Washington and Oregon.

Eagleton oversees a staff of 29 private bankers and other team members who provide lending and banking services to high-net-worth customers that help meet their complex financial needs.

Eagleton worked for two years as a regional wealth management manager at M&I Bank in Kansas City. Prior to that, he served for 10 years as private banking manager at Commerce Bank of Kansas City. His financial services career of more than 30 years includes working for banks in Oklahoma and Alabama.

Eagleton earned a bachelor's degree in business finance from Kansas State University. He also graduated from the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.

JOHN DAVIS

John Davis recently joined the Vancouver office as an associate of the regional law firm Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt where he will continue to help grow the firm's commercial litigation expertise.

"We are very excited to have John join the team in Vancouver and look forward to putting his commercial litigation expertise to work for the firm's clients," said Mark Long, managing partner at Schwabe. 

Davis focuses his practice in the area of commercial litigation. He assists in litigation ranging from property disputes to construction defects to insurance, as well as transactional work involving corporate, municipal, and employment law. He has also participated in numerous appellate cases involving both constitutional and statutory law.

Davis graduated first in his class from Willamette University College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree.
