Columbia Bank welcomes assistant vice president and commercial lending officer
Erik Selden recently joined Columbia Bank's Vancouver branch office as assistant vice president and commercial lending officer. Selden will be developing new business relationships and expanding the lending activities in the Vancouver area while assisting with financial analysis for the branch.
Prior to joining the Vancouver team, Selden worked in Bank of Astoria's Seaside and Tillamook branches. He has also worked as a commercial lender for MBank in Lake Oswego and US Bank in Portland.
Selden holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication and a minor in psychology from Portland State University. He is currently working toward the completion of his MBA and CPA at Portland State.
Judith Chipman, Philip Andrews, John Dingethal, & Lisa Schauer
Columbia Credit Union recently announced its 2010 board officers, Judith L. Chipman, chair; Philip R. Andrews, vice chair; John Dingethal, treasurer; and Lisa Schauer, secretary.

Established in 1952, CCU has $757.9 million in assets, with 12 Clark County locations serving more than 64,000 members.
Scott Lippold
Scott Lippold of Windermere/Stellar Group in Vancouver has been awarded the Certified Negotiation Expert designation, achieved by real estate professionals who have successfully completed formal training in the art of negotiation. Agents who receive this certification are in the top 1 percent of all agents nationally, according to Windermere.
The certification training was provided by Negotiation Expertise LLC, a negotiation training and coaching company based in Peoria, Ariz.
Eric Bergeson
Pacific Continental Bank, based in Eugene, Ore., recently announced the hiring of Eric Bergeson as vice president and commercial banking officer. Bergeson will work from the bank's office in Vancouver. Bergeson previously served as a managing member for ESP Real Estate Capital LLC in Portland and as vice president of investor relations for Fairway Commercial Mortgage Corp. He is a graduate of the University of Denver – School of Business Administration.
