MGH Associates adds three key emploees
MGH Associates Inc., a Vancouver-based land planning and engineering firm, recently hired three new employees: James Fox, Kyle Lebag and Mike Hankel.
Fox is a project engineer with more than nine years of experience. His previous work experience includes providing all phases of civil engineering design and construction services on a variety of residential, commercial and public works projects in the Portland area. He will join the land development group at MGH and be working on residential and commercial development projects, the firm said.
Lebag is a civil designer with three years of experience. His previous work experience includes providing civil engineering design for large scale residential and federal highway projects. As a part of MGH’s urban engineering group, Lebag will be working on a variety of re-development and new development projects in the Northwest.
Hankel is a project designer with more than six years of previous experience with MGH. His experience includes preliminary and final design for residential and commercial development projects. Hankel will work with both the urban engineering group and land development group at MGH, the firm said.
ROMAN SCHAUER
Children’s Center, a Vancouver-based nonprofit community mental health agency, announced that Roman Schauer, owner of Digital Marketing Department, has joined its board of directors.
Schauer joins twelve other community leaders to form the policy-making body of Children’s Center, which has ultimate authority for the governance and management of its direction and finances.
Through his company Digital Marketing Department, Schauer helps entrepreneurs, team leaders and executive directors devise and execute online communications strategy. He received his communications education from the University of Alabama.

Young Men’s Christian Association of Columbia-Willamette Trustees has selected Eugene Wallace as the organization’s board chair.
Wallace is the founder and president of Family Business Advisers, and the President and owner of Excell Oregon. He serves on the board of directors for the International Succession Planning Association, and on the Board of Austin Family Business Program. He is a Certified Succession Planner, a Certified Family Business Specialist and a Certified Management Consultant.
