Key Property Services Inc., a locally owned, real estate sales and property management company, has named Craig Lyons their new vice president of operations.

Lyons comes to the agency with experience in housing services, particularly housing people with special needs and barriers. For the past six years, he has worked with the Vancouver Housing Authority and the Council for the Homeless developing a system of resources to house people regardless of their cultural, socio-economic, emotional or physical health.

In his new position, Lyons will oversee the internal operations of the organization including property management, real property sales and related real estate services that include maintenance, staffing and on-site services.

MacKay Sposito, a consultant in energy, public works and land development, recently announced the addition of Diane Sacco as an accounting coordinator for its corporate services team.

Sacco has more than 15 years of experience in accounting and project management. She will be based out of the firm’s Vancouver corporate office.

 

Bill WalshBILL WALSH

Battle Ground resident Bill Walsh has joined Portland-based TraneOregon, a commercial and industrial HVAC company, to serve as a project manager in its building automation systems division.

Priviously, Walsh was an operations manager/project manager for CCI Automated Technologies in Portland. He studied project management professional (PMP) fundamentals at University of North Florida, and HVAC and refrigeration at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. He is a U.S. Navy veteran and also took apprenticeship schooling in Port Hueneme, Calif.

Walsh is a member of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and Building Fire Safety Systems (BFSS); as well as an associate member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). He currently serves as an assistant scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America Troop 344 in Ridgefield.

LEADERSHIP CLARK COUNTY

Leadership Clark County (LCC) recently announced the appointment of five new members to its volunteer Board of Directors. Joining the LCC board are Darcy Altizer, Dave Cole, Michelle Giovannozzi, Tina Krause and Mike True.

Altizer, LCC Class of 2009, serves as vice president of member services for the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce; Cole, Class of 2013, is YouthFirst coordinator at Partners in Careers; Giovannozzi, Class of 2012, is the corporate relations manager at Clark College; Krause, Class of 2012, serves on numerous nonprofit boards and True, Class of 2012, is CFO/COO of the Fort Vancouver National Trust.
