FRANKIE TSUI
WRK Engineers, a full-service structural engineering company based in Vancouver, recently announced the hiring of engineer Frankie Tsui.
Tsui is a Washington State University graduate with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering. He has more than four years experience in structural design at consulting firms and a background in high-rise, residential and commercial building design.
Thomas Hackett, an attorney at NW Legacy Law Center in Vancouver, has been appointed to the Oregon/Southwest Washington Chapter of JDRF, a global organization funding type 1 diabetes research.
The founder of NW Legacy Law Center, Hackett specializes in estate planning and business planning.
The Free Clinic of Southwest Washington has named Victoria King to its board of directors.
King is the senior vice president and chief nursing officer for PeaceHealth, which includes PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center. She is board certified as a Nurse Executive Advanced, holds masters’ degrees in healthcare administration and nursing, and is a co-founder of the Global Nursing Conference.
King served on a free clinic board in Woodlands, Texas for two years and also served on a YMCA board in Phoenix, Arizona for two years. She has been a nurse leader for more than 30 years.
Electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider ControlTek has hired David Flinchbaugh as the company’s new design engineering manager.
Flinchbaugh brings more than 20 years of product development expertise to the role. After six years as a project engineer at Underwriters Laboratories and four years as a project engineer at ControlTek, Flinchbaugh went on to manage diverse development projects for Leviton Lighting Management Systems and Senva Sensors. In 2015, he returns to ControlTek to lead their engineering efforts.
