Judge Bennett

 

Bennett, a former 21-year veteran of the Clark County Superior Court bench, will serve in the part-time post, while also being available for hire in mediations and/or arbitrations.

With Bennett’s move, the firm announced the elevation of five-year lawyer and associate attorney, Chris Babich, to full equity partner in the restructured partnership of Dimitrov, Senescu & Babich PLLC.

The firm said it will continue its mission of legally protecting vulnerable adults/elders from abuse, neglect and exploitation.

Johnson Bixby & Associates LLC recently announced the addition of Jeri Boston to its operations team.

Boston has more than six years of experience in the financial services industry.

The firm said Boston’s experience “gives her the unique perspective of seeing the big picture as well as understanding the particulars while working with our clients.”

Johnson Bixby & Associates is a financial planning firm with offices located in Vancouver
and Longview.

Mutual of Omaha Bank promoted Kris Gjylameti to vice president for the Pacific Northwest region of its community association banking group.

Based in Seattle, Gjylameti will provide specialized banking services to property management companies, homeowner associations and homeowners in Washington, Oregon and Alaska.

Gjylameti joined the bank’s community association banking team in 2006 as a regional account executive for Washington and Oregon and was promoted to assistant vice president for the Hawaii market in 2008.

In January 2012, he moved back to Washington state and became assistant vice president for the Pacific Northwest region.

Western Design Group Inc. has added Brian Peters to its team of architects and design professionals.

Peters has worked for Mulvanny G2 Architects for the past decade as a project manager. At Western Design Group, he will assist the design team in commercial building and remodel design.
