JEFF TORGERSON
Vancouver-based Robertson Engineering has added Jeff Torgerson as a project managing engineer.
Torgerson has nearly 20 years of civil engineering experience, and has professional licensure in both Washington and Oregon.
Over his career, his experience has encompassed public works, site development and utility infrastructure improvements for civic, residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and sports facility projects throughout Southwest Washington and Northwest Oregon.
JORDAN TAYLOR
Jordan Taylor has been promoted to the position of partner at downtown Vancouver’s Henderson Law Firm.
A graduate of University of Idaho College of Law in 2009, Taylor has been an associate with the firm for three years, concentrating his practice in the areas of personal injury litigation and medical negligence.
“We are very pleased that Jordan has joined us as a partner in the law practice,” said Connie Henderson, one of the founders of the firm. “He is a skilled litigator and well liked by his clients. Jordan will be an asset to this community for many years to come.”
Taylor is a member of the board of directors for the Clark County Volunteer Lawyers program, as well as a member of the Young Lawyers and Family Law sections of the Clark County Bar Association.
The Henderson Law Firm represents the interests of those injured or killed due to the negligence or recklessness of others, including personal injury litigation and medical malpractice cases.
Vancouver-based LSW Architects added Scott Randall to its architectural team as a BIM Manager.
In his new position, Randall will be working to boost REVIT practices in support of our clients’ BIM needs.
He has ten years-experience in the architectural field, training colleagues and producing documents for education and government facilities in Spokane, Washington.
A Vancouver resident, Randall received his degree in architecture from Washington State University.
CONNOR LAMB
Battle Ground-based Catworks LLC has hired Connor Lamb as a managing engineer.
Lamb is a civil/environmental engineer with more than 15 years of experience in the field of upland and in-water engineering and heavy civil construction, much of it gained in environmental remediation.
In his new role, Lamb will be responsible for developing initiatives that improve Catworks’ capability to successfully bid and perform environmental remediation projects. He will be responsible for oversight and approval of projects and project deliverables; field implementation; client development and client satisfaction; resource allocation; work approach strategy; and effective development and management of the company’s environmental remediation services.
Previously, Lamb has spent the more than five years as an environmental consultant where he has developed multiple engineering and remediation projects from concept to implementation. He has conducted concept development, estimating, alternatives analysis, feasibility studies, design, permitting, constructability review, project tracking, construction management and more.
