Franks joined iQ in February 2011 as vice president, special assets officer. He has more than 30 years of experience with financial institutions in Vancouver and the Pacific Northwest.

Clark County Commissioners have named Rem Wilson to the Clark County Solid Waste Advisory Commission. He is appointed to represent Southeast Clark County.

Wilson joins seven other representatives appointed by the commissioners to update Clark County’s five-year plan from Clark County to the Department of Ecology. The commission also advises the Environmental Services department, which includes the Clark County Green Business program.

Through his work with Portland-based Glumac, Wilson has more than 30 years of experience in mechanical engineering. He works closely with architects, owners and other consultants to accommodate their requirements in new and existing buildings for sustainable applications.

Hilton Vancouver Washington recently hired Sunny Golden to serve as its new senior catering manager.

Golden has more than eight years in the hospitality industry. She comes to Vancouver with a history of playing an active role in the community, having been involved with local networking groups, chambers of commerce, Habitat for Humanity and more.

Columbia Title recently unveiled its new builder services department, managed by Dennis Gish.

Gish brings a number of years of title experience to the department and is looking forward to working directly with builders and developers in Clark County, the Vancouver-based company said.

In his new role, Gish will help facilitate projects from the beginning of the platting process to full completion.
