Derek Woodson

Woodson holds a bachelor of science degree in plastics engineering from Western Washington University, and both a master of engineering management and a master of business administration from Washington State University.

In his new role, Woodson will be responsible for managing and growing large clients primarily in the Northwest region.

Davis holds a bachelor of science in engineering science from Colorado State University and a master of science in mechanical engineering from the University of Tennessee.

For nearly the last 20 years, Davis has been designing hardware and leading research and development teams for inkjet printers. In his new role, he will be managing various projects and providing technical direction for the Sigma’s engineering team.

Jeff HavenerJEFF HAVENER

Columbia Credit Union has hired Jeff Havener as vice president, lending operations.

Havener brings more than 25 years of industry experience and a broad range of lending knowledge and expertise to Columbia CU. In his new role, he will be responsible for the delivery of consistent and compliant loan service and processing throughout the credit union, overseeing direct and indirect loans, credit cards, personal loans/lines of credit and mortgage product lines.

“Jeff has a depth of knowledge that covers all aspects of loan operations,” said Columbia Credit Union EVP Chief Operating Officer Bill Fulk. “As we work to expand our footprint across all areas of lending, he is the ideal candidate to help Columbia CU reach higher levels of efficiency and sustainable loan growth.”

Havener most recently served as senior vice president of mortgage for a regional bank. Other previous roles include vice president of consumer lending and division manager of consumer lending for a multi-state financial institution.

Courtney BarkerCOURTNEY BARKER

The Northwest Association for Blind Athletes (NWABA) has appointed Courtney Barker to its Board of Directors. Barker is vice president of marketing & communications at Corwin Beverage Company in Ridgefield.

“I’m so honored to have been asked to participate on the board of this wonderful organization. The leadership, professionalism, and passion that Billy brings to work every day is truly inspiring,” said Barker in a press release.

Barker will join other community leaders throughout the region in helping Northwest Association for Blind Athletes achieving its mission of providing life-changing opportunities through sports and physical activity to individuals who are blind and visually impaired.

Tiffany CouchTIFFANY COUCH

Tiffany Couch, principal at Acuity Forensics in Vancouver, has been awarded the 2014 Baker Award by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). The award is presented annually to honor an individual who has demonstrated the spirit of leadership in communication, presentation and quality instruction.

In addition to owning Acuity Forensics, Couch is a faculty member for ACFE and teaches anti-fraud training courses throughout the United States and Canada. She has more than 17 years’ of experience in the field of accounting.

She will receive her award on Monday, June 16 at the 25th Annual ACFE Fraud Conference in San Antonio, Texas.

JASMINE AGNOR

The Oregon Manufacturing Extension Partnership (OMEP) has added Vancouver resident Jasmine Agnor to its team of manufacturing and business operations professionals.

Agnor has more than six years of experience supporting strategic marketing initiatives for both large and small businesses and organizations throughout the Pacific Northwest and Northern California. Her background includes strategic communications, corporate branding, event planning and execution, campaign management, and print and web design.

Before joining the OMEP team, Agnor helped facilitate marketing and internal communications efforts for an infrastructure and seismic engineering firm in Vancouver.
