Valentine joins iQ with 23 years of financial services experience, including strategic planning, credit risk management and lending. She spent the last eight years serving as a senior vice president at Redwood Credit Union in Northern California. Past positions included vice president roles at North American Mortgage and Washington Mutual.

Valentine holds a bachelor’s of business finance degree and master’s of business administration degree from University of Phoenix.
Patrick Ginn
Patrick Ginn, owner and principal broker of Ginn Realty Group (part of The Hasson Company), has been recognized by REAL Trends and Trulia.com as one of America’s Best Real Estate Agents, taking top honors in Washington state.
In their list of Washington state’s top real estate agents, Ginn tallied 240 transaction sides, and $88,350,176 in sales volume, ranking him 1st and 2nd in the entire state respectively. In the Portland/Vancouver/Hillsboro metropolitan area, Ginn ranked 1st in sales volume and 2nd in transaction sides.
