Richard Darland, PE, joins the Vancouver office of Otak Inc. as senior project manager. Darland has extensive experience designing, managing and coordinating road and highway projects throughout Oregon and Washington. He was previously transportation engineering section manager at Hopper Dennis Jellison, where he was directly responsible for the firm’s transportation portfolio. Darland has managed and facilitated multiple high-profile projects in the Vancouver/Portland area.
