Riparia Environmental, a leading provider of environmental compliance, restoration, and mitigation services in the Pacific Northwest, has announced the appointment of Tommy Miller as Operations Manager. In this role, Miller will oversee day-to-day operations, guide strategic growth, and enhance service capabilities to support clients and projects across the region.
Miller is a seasoned environmental and construction professional with extensive experience in habitat restoration, wetland mitigation, and environmental compliance. Throughout his career, he has successfully led field teams in riparian, upland, and wetland planting maintenance, implemented streambank stabilization initiatives, and managed complex environmental permitting and reporting processes. His deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, coupled with his hands-on experience in environmental fieldwork, makes him a strong leader for Riparia’s next phase of growth.
