Riverview Community Bank has promoted Krista Holland to senior vice president, human resources, and Scott W. Miller to senior vice president, marketing.
Holland leads the organization’s efforts in recruitment, retention, benefits, compensation and personnel policies. Holland is a board member of the Southwest Washington Human Resources Management Association and a graduate of the Portland State University Comprehensive Human Resource Management Certification program.
Miller, a Portland State University alumnus, is responsible for all marketing activities. He is a Certified Financial Marketing Professional and graduate of the American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing and Management. Miller is a board member for the Hough Foundation and has directed many of Riverview’s community initiatives.
