The JD White Co. has hired Francine Raften as senior public involvement project manager. Raften’s experience includes managing citizen involvement programs, media production, community leadership and campaign management. Raften is certified in Public Participation through the International Association of Public Participation and attended Pacific University.
Fellene Gaylord has joined JD White as senior public involvement project manager for graphic design. Previously with Oregon Health and Sciences University and TriMet, she received the Top Transit Traveler award in 2003 and 2005 for leading the interactive design team of www.trimet.org, as well as two 2003 Agency Awards for her work on TriMet’s Web site and identity redesign.
