The State Liquor Control Board on Tuesday released the names and addresses of hundreds of marijuana business applicants.
In Clark County, 20 individuals or entities applied to the state to produce cannabis products, 14 applied to process cannabis and 10 have applied to become retail providers.
In Cowlitz County, seven individuals or entities applied to the state to produce cannabis products, six applied to process cannabis and two have applied to become retail providers.
The list of retail applicants in Southwest Washington also proved that potential vendors enjoy a good pun, with names such as Canna Bliss, House of Green and Vansterdam (which would, of course, be located in Vancouver).
A spokesperson for the Liquor Control Board said that licensing investigators are now processing the applications.
