The 31-page booklet was designed, edited and produced by Clark County Public Information and Outreach, on behalf of Stormwater Partners of SW Washington – a consortium of Clark County Environmental Services and the cities of Battle Ground, Camas, La Center, Ridgefield, Vancouver and Washougal.
Judging was by the National Association of County Information Officers. The Clark County entry earned a “meritorious” (third place) award in the category of multiple-page booklets.
