E-filing for attorneys, government agencies to start in district court

“It’s one less trip to the courthouse, and attorneys can avoid congestion,” said Ela Selga, district court administrator, in a press release. “It’s faster processing. With ex parte civil cases, for example, processing has gone from 15-21 days down to a three-day turnaround.”

People who are not attorneys and wish to represent themselves must file paper documents, Selga added.
