The awards, handed out annually since 1996 by Clark County and the city of Vancouver, recognize outstanding projects that enhance the livability of the community and demonstrate quality development throughout Clark County. Projects include commercial, industrial, residential and public facilities, as well as restoration efforts.
HeLa was designed by LSW Architects and constructed by SKANSKA. The school, located at 9105 NE 9th Street in Vancouver, is focused on preparing students for careers in the healthcare industry.
