The fourth building out of a possible 10 planned in Kalama River Industrial Park opened at the Port of Kalama this month. The $1.8 million project offers 33,000 square feet of warehouse space designed to house manufacturing, distribution or warehouse operations along with 2,250 square feet of office space. The general contractor was Five Rivers Construction, the architect was Parati Architects and the engineers were MKE and Assoc. The next new building will be roughly 40,000 square feet and will be located on the east side of the industrial park.
