The Columbia Crossing development adjacent to the Columbia Tech Center, which added the first Kohl’s store in the county this spring, is among the fast growing developments in the county. Building is also swift at Westfield Vancouver mall and on 192nd Ave. Groundbreaking is expected at The Landing at Evergreen this summer, and downtown Vancouver is filling in fast with retail and restaurants.
