Southwest Washington Behavioral Health (SWBH) will mark its one-year anniversary with a celebratory event on Tuesday, October 1 from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Center for Community Health (1601 E Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver).
Formed October 1, 2012, the organization administers and coordinates public mental services in Clark, Cowlitz and Skamania Counties.
