Ten free Port of Vancouver USA tours set for 2020

The Port of Vancouver USA is hosting 10 free public tours in 2020, starting in March and ending in September. Guests can enjoy refreshments and a slide presentation before boarding a bus for a behind-the-scenes tour of the marine terminals and industrial centers that make the Port of Vancouver a major economic engine in Southwest Washington. Each tour comes with an education on Columbia River navigation, international trade, environmental stewardship, waterfront redevelopment and much more.

2020 public tour dates:

  • Thursday, March 19, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, April 25, 10 a.m.-Noon
  • Tuesday, May 12, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, May 27, 11:30 a.m-1:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, June 11, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 27, 10 a.m.-Noon
  • Wednesday, July 8, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, July 25, 10 a.m.-Noon
  • Tuesday, Aug. 11, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, Sept. 9, 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Reservations are required and tours fill up quickly. Those interested are encouraged to call the port at 360-693-3611 or email RSVP@portvanusa.com far in advance of their desired tour date.
