The move comes with the expiration of the clinic’s lease at the Physicians Building, which is owned by PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center.
In signing the new lease at 4816 NE Thurston Way, NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson Vice President Tamara Fuller and Associate Vice President Ron Kawamoto represented Vancouver Radiologists, and Associate Vice President Pam Lindloff represented the landlord.
Fuller said medical tenants moving from traditional medical office space to retail space has been a growing trend.
“Medical tenants know that patients value convenience, and being located in a major retail area where patients can easily shop and go out to eat nearby is very beneficial,” Fuller said.
Vancouver Radiologists will hold a grand opening ceremony at the new location in early August.
