A new addiction recovery center located in Ridgefield will begin providing services next week.
Located at 888 S. Hillhurst Road, The Recovery Village Ridgefield is a 64-bed facility with inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming for adult patients, ages 18 and older, desiring to overcome addiction to alcohol, drugs and prescription medications.
Advanced Recovery Systems (ARS), a multi-state behavioral healthcare management company based in Fort Lauderdale, will operate the complex.
The treatment center will not only serve patients from Portland/Vancouver and the greater region, but from across the country. Treatment services will be tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
“Our research indicates that there are few comprehensive treatment program options for the people and families seeking addiction recovery services in this area of the country,” said Kevin Wandler, chief medical officer for ARS, in a press release.
“The Recovery Village Ridgefield is a caring, empowering and encouraging environment for people looking to break the cycle of destructive addiction behaviors,” he added.
A public grand opening event at the facility is scheduled from 4 to 6:30 p.m. on Monday, April 4. Guests may RSVP at therecoveryvillageridgefield.eventbrite.com.
